We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist who’s ready to bring creativity and energy to our online presence Our company is entrenched in the world of Sports, so bonus points if you feel as though you’ve got a good grasp of how to market to someone just like yourself
If you feel you have a keen eye for crafting the perfect social media posts, running dynamic digital campaigns including both video and images, and diving into data to fine-tune our strategies, this role is for you.
We need someone who’s not just a whiz with words but also comfortable with videography, graphic design, and editing. You’ll be creating standout visuals and videos that capture attention and drive engagement. From shooting and editing videos to showcase our products, to designing graphics which express our brand identity, and levelling up our website with engaging blog posts, your creative skills will be crucial in making our content shine.

**What you’ll do as our Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist**:
**Content Creation**:
- Create standout content—blogs, articles, graphics, videos—which vibe with our brand.
- Make sure all content is SEO-friendly and follows best practices for digital marketing.
- Connect with our E-comm team, management, and President and give their ideas a voice. They know what they want to say; you can help show them _how _to say it.
**Social Media Management**:
- Craft and schedule awesome content for our social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, you name it).
- Stay on top of social media trends and conversations, and engage with our community to keep the buzz going.
- Roll out social media strategies to boost our brand’s visibility, engagement, and follower count (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)
- Team up with influencers and partners to make our brand pop even more.
**Digital Marketing**:
- Keep an eye on performance metrics and whip up reports to see what’s working and what’s not, tweaking strategies along the way.
- Handle and fine-tune paid ads (like Google and Facebook) to get the best bang for your buck.
- Explore market trends and dig into data to find fresh opportunities and amp up current campaigns.
**Collaboration**:
- Work with our marketing squad, designers, and other teams to keep our strategies on point.
- Help out with planning and rolling out marketing events and promotions.
**Minimum Qualifications/Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or something similar (preferred)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media.
- Skills in envisioning, creating, and editing content, with experience in graphic design and video production.
- Solid know-how with digital marketing tools and platforms (like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools).
- Great communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and tweak strategies based on what’s working.
- Creative and ready to experiment with new ideas.
- Familiar with SEO, SEM, and social media trends.
