At Lowe Martin, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Associate to join our LMX team and contribute to our mission of excellence in customer care.

**Role Summary**

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding support and that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, fulfilling client requests, and maintaining high-quality standards within our service agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our top clients and ensure seamless execution of programs.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to oversee ad-hoc distributions and maintain accurate program documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring marketing materials are up-to-date and managing reorders as needed.
- Coordinate print requests and ensure timely delivery of printed materials that meet quality standards.
- Provide user support for eStore systems and assist clients in navigating our services.
- Report on service performance and suggest improvements to enhance client experience.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing their needs and challenges proactively.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a fulfillment or eCommerce environment.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel) and familiar with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering quality work.

**Work Environment**
- Hybrid work arrangement with core hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Engaging with colleagues, management, and clients in a collaborative atmosphere.
