Associate Specialist, Ecommerce Merchandising

Hasbro’s Associate Specialist, eCommerce Merchandising is primarily responsible for coordinating the deliveries of digital content packages to retail website accounts. In this role, you are required to track, request, compile, and enter large amounts of media using Hasbro’s content management platforms to ensure successful and consistent distributions that adhere to account and legal standards. Additionally, the Associate Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating the consumer-facing detail pages as needed by performing routine audits of the products launched.

**A Day in the Life of an Associate Specialist, eCommerce Merchandising**:

- Receive, process, and deliver weekly/monthly account asset requests in a timely manner, using content management platforms and IP security best practices.
- Partner with sales, marketing teams (internal/external) as well as accounts/customers to ensure consistent, accurate information and data is communicated.
- Serve as the primary digital asset point of contact with the most up to date account procedures for internal/external cross-functional responsibilities.
- Maintain/update account consumer facing assets as needed and conduct scheduled audits of listed product line.
- Participate in digital content education where it applies (ie: analyzing consumer trends to report constructive feedback to account partners).
- Ensure digital content is available in timing with brand and entertainment launches, pre-sells, and early releases.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement to drive efficiency
- Take on and lead additional relevant projects as directed by management and account teams.
- Facilitate French translation with global/Montreal for the Canadian eCommerce assets
- Provide back up support on Quote Sheet preparation

**What You Will Bring**:

- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce/digital asset management, or related role
- College diploma or university degree in a relevant discipline (ie. Digital Media, Graphic Communications, Marketing, Business) or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of digital content platforms, digital file formatting (ie. file re-sizing), and general Adobe Creative Suite proficiencies.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups). Experience with macros an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience working with high volumes of data
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent time management skills - ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
