**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Vancouver. This role combines recruiting expertise with outbound sales initiatives, helping us build a strong talent pipeline while driving new business opportunities. As we expand, you will also have the opportunity to lead a team of recruiters, shaping the future of Unicorn Recruiting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment Duties:_
- Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Outbound Sales Duties:_
- Generate new business opportunities through networking at local trade shows and business groups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to promote Unicorn Recruiting’s services.
- Present and sell our recruiting solutions to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
- Team Leadership (Future Growth):_
- Assist in developing training and onboarding programs for new recruiters.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing support and sharing best practices.
- Contribute to the development of team goals and performance metrics as the team expands.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 2 years experience in recruiting and outbound sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Leadership experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement and results-oriented initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
