Job Title - SAP BRIM SOM Consultant

Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the gathering of business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for SAM BRIM CI implementation.
- Design and configure SAP CI modules, including CI-FICA (Financial Contract Accounting), CI-BRI (Billing and Invoicing), CI-FICA-PS (Payment Services), CI-OM (Order Management).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and integration specialists, to ensure smooth integration of SAP CI with other systems such as Salesforce, Web and Mobile Applications.
- Conduct system testing and provide support to the internal QA team and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CI configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems.
- Provide post implementation support, including resolving production issues, conducting system performance tuning, and assisting with enhancements and upgrades.
- Stay up to date with SAP BRIM CI module updates, new functionalities, and industry best practices to continuously improve the solution delivery process.
- Train end-users and create user documentation and training materials.

**Requirements**:
Must have SAP Billing Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementation experience with expertise in SAP Subscription Order Management (SAP BRIM SOM).
- Specific knowledge of SAP Subscription Order Management processes within the SAP BRIM solution including master data setup, product modelling, cross catalog mapping, Order distribution infrastructure ODI, SD pricing for recurring and one-off charges for post and prepaid scenarios, consumption rating.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is an asset.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in SAP BRIM SOM implementation and support projects.
- Proficient in SAP BRIM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems such as SAP CI and SAP CC
- Familiarly with SAP S/4HANA, API Testing Platform (i.e. SoapUI, Postman), Salesforce and Enterprise Integration Pattern is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desired Additional Skills:

- Ability to debug SAP code.
- Ability to work with ABAP developers, providing functional expertise and guidance to ensure business requirements are being met
- Ability to create presentation/workshop decks that need to be conveyed and be able to present them at various forums.
- Ability to create/update Process Flows for the proposed business processes incorporating both SAP and external systems/processes.
