**Under the direction of the Order Coordinator, the key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Receive orders electronically from stores and enter same into our ERP system, Sage 300 (ACC PAC)
- Prepare volume totals by banner for warehouse team to set product aside.
- Prepare picking slips for order preparation and assist/guide warehouse staff during the order preparation process.
- Respond to customer enquiries on order preparation, timing of delivery and post-delivery issues
- Negotiate sales blitz promotions with stores with aim of growing sales volume and/or moving excess product.
- Identify and resolve all customer enquiries or concerns
- To assist with any other task assigned by the CEO, General Manager or Senior Sales Team as required.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Seafood: 1 year (required)
- Order Coordinator: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
