**About the Role**

As a Ground Operator, you'll play a vital role in assisting drone pilots and supporting the cleaning process on-site. You’ll manage safety perimeters, operate soft wash and pressure washing equipment, and ensure smooth ground-level operations to complement our drone-powered services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate soft wash and pressure washing equipment to clean building façades, sidewalks, windows, and other exterior surfaces
- Use water-fed poles and extension tools for hard-to-reach areas from the ground
- Remove debris, buildup, and surface stains from entryways and base structures
- Handle, transport, and set up hoses, fittings, tanks, and other cleaning gear
- Maintain proper water flow and pressure levels throughout the cleaning process
- Set up and dismantle safety perimeters using pylons, barriers, and caution tape
- Assist with traffic and pedestrian control to ensure a safe work environment
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of trip hazards
- Record site notes, flight durations, and observations to support operational reporting
- Follow safety protocols and Transport Canada drone regulations
- Maintain visual line-of-sight on drones during operations and report surrounding airspace hazards to the pilot

What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit, resilient, and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Willing to travel to various sites and work flexible hours (including early mornings or weekends)
- Prior experience with pressure washing systems and techniques is a strong asset
- Familiarity with drone operations or UAV regulations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
