**Overview**

We seek a skilled General Maintenance and Grounds worker to join our team and manage Properties in and around the GTA area.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**General Maintenance**:

- Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and replacing filters.
- Maintain and repair landscaping, including lawn care, trimming, and snow removal.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of properties.
- **Snow Plow Operation**:

- Operate snow plows and other snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust snow removal strategies as needed.
- Maintain snow plow equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
- Address issues related to plumbing, electrical, or mechanical failures that may impact safety or functionality.
- **Other duties**:

- picking up parts and supplies as needed
- **Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in maintenance
- Health and safety training -will be provided.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfort with working in various weather conditions, including extreme cold.
- Proven experience in general maintenance and snow plowing.
- Ability to operate and maintain snow plow and related equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- maintenance: 3 years (required)
