**Are you the most organized person you know? Do you love making complex things simple?** We're looking for a hands-on problem-solver to join our small, family-owned scientific distribution company. As our **Product Data & Operations Coordinator**, you'll be the central hub for our product data and technical support. You'll make sure our systems are accurate, our sales team has the technical answers they need, and our operations run smoothly. **Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It**:Your main goal is to ensure our data is flawless and our sales team is supported. This role is part data management, part technical support, and part operations backup. **The Data Integrity Expert (The Core Function)** - You'll be the primary owner of our product data. That means **flawless data entry** and maintenance for all product specs, costs, and details in our ERP system (**Bluelink**) and E-commerce platform. - You’ll work with our Sales Director to get new products and vendors into our system, error-free and ready to sell. - You'll be a key player in our **B2B platform upgrade**, working with our Ops Manager to get all the data migrated perfectly. **The "How-To" Go-to (The Technical Support)** - You'll support our Customer Service rep by researching the technical/scientific side of customer questions. - You'll build standardized quote templates and product "cheat sheets" to make our sales process faster and more accurate. - You'll be the dedicated backup for logistics, preparing export documents for international shipments so we never miss a beat. **The Marketing Coordinator (The Team Support)** - You'll help Sales get ready for **trade shows** by creating and coordinating materials and preparing products for events. - You’ll handle all things digital - creating and posting marketing content across our E-Commerce presence. - You'll be the go to person for basic website updates like writing product pages for new products, updating photos, and organizing the flow of products. - We are happy to train on the website skills - no developer experience needed. **This Role is a Perfect Fit If You**: - Have an **insane-level of attention to detail**. You're the person who always catches the mistake in the spreadsheet. - Are comfortable working with **technical or scientific products**. You don't need to be a Ph.D., but you know how to read a spec sheet and find answers. - Are a quick learner on new software, especially **ERP/database systems** and Excel. - Have strong communication skills and can explain complex ideas simply. - Have a knack for visual design - Are excited about working in a small, fast-paced team where your work _directly_ matters.
