E-commerce Manager

**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales strategy and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms to drive growth and enhance our brand presence in the online marketplace.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
- Analyze website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and add product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images that align with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including klaviyo, facebook, google, etc.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work with Adobe tools to create visually appealing content that enhances the online shopping experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, implementing changes as necessary to improve satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics and generating reports.
- Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, HTML, PHP, SQL for software development and data analysis purposes is highly desirable.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on collaboration across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.94-$25.18 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
