Technical Product Coordinator

**Hey Science Grads Want to use your degree**_**outside**_ **the lab?** Are you the person in your lab group who actually _enjoyed_ writing the reports? Do you have a passion for scientific accuracy and a knack for organizing complex info? Cambridge Environmental Products Inc. is looking for a meticulous and scientifically-minded person to be the backbone of our product data and sales support. We're a small, family-owned business where you'll make a huge impact, not just be a number. This is your chance to bridge the gap between complex science (wastewater, food QA, ag-tech) and the real-world products our customers use every day. **What You'll Actually Be Doing**: You’ll be the master of our product data, ensuring everything is 100% accurate. You'll also be our in-house "science expert," helping our sales team answer the tricky questions. **The Data Master (The Meticulous Side )** - You'll own our product data. That means accurately entering and updating thousands of product specs (think sizes, compatibility, etc.) in our ERP system and our website. - You’ll be a data detective, conducting audits to make sure our info is flawless and consistent. - You'll work directly with our Ops Manager and Sales Director on ensuring the data on our Shopify site matches the ERP system **The Science Guru (The Application Side )** - You'll be the go-to researcher for our Customer Service pro. When a customer asks, "Which balance do I need for _this specific_ test method?" you'll be the one to find the answer. - You'll help Sales build quote templates for complex setups, saving him time and helping us get back to customers faster. **The Team Player (The "All-Hands-on-Deck" Side)** - Help us look good This means managing product uploads for the website, making sure images are sharp, and doing some basic **SEO** tweaks (we'll teach you). - Assist Sales with pulling together materials and research for **trade shows**. - Use your creative "knack" to design simple graphics for the website or social media. **What You Bring to the Table**: - **A B.Sc. is a must.** (Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, etc. is perfect). - You have some experience in a lab (school or work) and you're a beast at **documentation and detail**. - You're comfortable with computers and can learn new software without fear. Bonus points if you've ever touched an **ERP system** or large database. - You don't mind "data entry" - you see it as making sure the details are right. - You have a **positive, "figure it out" attitude.** In a small business, we all wear multiple hats, and we're looking for someone who's excited by that. - Must love dogs (we have a few in the office) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: - Komoka, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Language**: - French (preferred) Work Location: In person
