• Hours are flexible. Success Coach to bill when they work, seeking flexible availability - weekday mornings, afternoons, and some evenings.

The Clinic Growth Map (CGM) is a fast-growing 6 month online business coaching program for Psychotherapists across North America, helping them scale into a group practice. We have disrupted the industry and have had over 500 therapists enroll in our high ticket program in less than 3 years.

What will the Success Coach do….

The Success Coach is responsible for ensuring all members are able to work through the CGM program successfully. The coach will be responsible for answering questions, in our members-only facebook group and email, within 24 business hours.

The Coach will provide accountability check-ins to support members in working towards their goals and ensure all members finish their program and achieve success.

The Coach will run strategy sessions to help set members up for success in a 1:1 format on zoom.

The Coach is responsible for communicating with the Director of Operations and Member Success Team to support front and back end processes as needed.

The Coach must be deeply versed in the Clinic Growth Map curriculum from start to finish.

The Coach must be familiar with the basic tech associated with creating and operating an online business, including the content hub hosting platform Memberpress and Google drive.

• Utilize the company's preferred platform (Facebook and Gmail) to respond to members according to published guidelines and timeframes.
• Learn and continue to learn all the lessons in the CGM program and have in-depth knowledge of Nicole's method so they can confidently answer members' questions related to her teachings.
• Ensure all members are given up to date, accurate and helpful answers and next steps as they work through their program.
• Ensure members feel supported and valued through direct, warm, friendly and engaging communication.
• Conduct Strategy Sessions, on zoom, to onboard new members and help set them up for success based on the schedule and guidelines provided by the company.
• Communicate with the Director of Operations and other team members on member progress, red flags, mindset issues and any other relevant details

Moderate FB Group

• Daily moderation and support. On their assigned daysthe coach must check the group throughout the day (mornings, afternoons, and evenings) to catch all member questions and answer within a 24hr time frame.
• Answer questions or direct to resources as needed
• Direct members back to the implementation plan when needed

Support & Accountability

• Demonstrate empathy and compassion at all times
• Employ coaching strategies to support the client's personal growth
• Support each member to ensure that they complete the Clinic Growth Map in the allotted program time
• Minimize delays by addressing questions promptly according to program guidelines and supporting members through resistance and blocks by effective coaching

What we are looking for:

• University educated
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient project management skills
• Ability to communicate easily with others
• Confident, authoritative and able to provide direction to members
• Strong reliable internet connection
• Creativity, patience, and empathy
• 20-40 hours a week based on the hours worked and billed
• Available during specific hours for strategy sessions
• Available during specific hours for FB group moderation
• Available to attend company meetings

Compensation:

Hourly rate is $30 an hour. Bi-weekly health benefits stipend is provided.
