Office Administrator

**Summary**
The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties to support multiple departments. In this role the Administrator will be responsible for completing all administrative support and office services for the company as directed by the Operations Excellence Manager. This multifaceted position will require an open-minded, team-focused individual who is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities and gain a breadth of experience.**
**Job Duties**
- Enter and update information into relevant databases (B2W, Viewpoint)
- Complete filing and paperwork to support multiple departments
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence
- Coordinate departmental programs, such as meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events
- Answer and manage inbound telephone inquiries
- Assist with inventory and ordering for office supplies
- Provide support to multiple departments with ad-hoc projects and reports
**Position Requirements**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in an office environment an asset
- Post-Secondary Education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise tact with sensitive material and information
- Capable working both independently and in team environments, able to foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization and working styles
- Highly organized, able to juggle competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
Additional Information
The Office Administrator will be based in the office, and certain tasks will require your physical presence in the office to complete.
