ClubLink Corporate Office is Hiring Accounts PayableAssociate TheAccounts PayableAssociate will play a critical role in managing the company's financial obligations and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work effectively within a team, and excellent communication skills. TheAccounts PayableAssociate will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that allaccounts payableprocesses run smoothly. Job Responsibilities Prepare invoices for payment, which includes matching invoices to purchase orders, verifying approvals, and posting entries. Handle supplier and club inquiries regardingaccounts payableissues. Review and reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies that may be apparent Miscellaneous filing, clerical and other administrative duties as required. Qualifications Previousaccounts payableexperience would be beneficial. Strong oral and written communication. Working knowledge of Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Dynamics preferred. An attention to detail and the ability to work on various projects at one time. Accounting education is preferred. Preference to French speaking applicants. Whats in it for you?
