**Job description**:
The primary objective of the Internal Sales Coordinator is to provide internal sales support to the Key Account Sales team for National Account clients. The position is responsible for managing the service support requirements of national and regional clients, maintain customer service level expectations, liaison with customers and branches for project and work order management, supporting our regional branches with necessary direction and resolve escalation issues with the support of Branch and Senior Management. Develop strong client relationships to drive customer retention and sales opportunities.

**You will also be required to perform the following duties**:

- Act as an integral part of Gunnebo customer service team, providing proactive communication and support to internal and external stakeholders for project and critical service order execution
- Ongoing support of Key Account (National or Bank) requirements such as;
- Day to day quotes based on client requests for new projects based on client drawings, standards, and construction schedules
- Ensure all required approvals and paperwork are in order for system order entry and seamless invoicing as per client requirements
- Proactively coordinate between branches and vendors in support of quoting for projects / active WO’s
- Follow-up on client requests and WO status / ETC
- Assist with ad-hoc solution product sourcing and lead times as directed
- Project rollout management/coordination/proactive follow-up on key install dates and project milestones.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and other various project and construction related documents and work with various stakeholders to seamlessly progress projects forward
- Participate in project specific calls with various customers to answer design and installation questions and gather scope-related requirements
- Monitor installation/service appointments for critical / escalation issues (working with Central Dispatch) and maintain frequent contact with all stakeholders, (i.e. client, General Contractor, Branch team, technician, sub-contractor, etc.)
- Maintain contract-specific price lists, client standards, contact databases, and product catalogs
- Produces and deliver various reports such as project status and forecasts
- Develop a strong understanding of all key account customer needs and their short and long-term requirements that will assist the client in achieving their business objectives
- Assist in Service Level Agreement reporting requirements with both clients and Gunnebo branches
- Maintain a continuous knowledge learning regimen for new products, services, guidelines and regulations for our various solution areas in order to provide exceptional customer solution support
- Manage all aspects of projects and client interactions through a CRM and ERP software
- Proactively identify and develop ideas for process improvement.
- Other duties shall be assigned as required

**Experience requirements**:

- 2-5 years’ Sales or Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Understanding of basic business math (gross margin, discount) and business software packages (Microsoft Office, CRM)
- Works well independently, takes direction well
- Punctual and reliable
- Must be detailed oriented, analytical and accurate
- Must be able to manage numerous high-priority projects simultaneously
- Must possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal and strong communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability in problem-solving and responsiveness to customer needs

**Knowledge / Education requirements**:

- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience
