**What You’ll Do**:
**Report at the highest level**: Serve as a direct report to the President and CEO, ensuring executive alignment on all sales initiatives and strategic imperatives.

**Shape the future**: Play a pivotal role as a member of the Executive Team, helping to define and drive the company’s overall Corporate Strategy

**Think globally, act locally**: Tailor go-to-market strategies with cultural fluency and regional sensitivity to meet the unique needs of each market.

**Champion cross-cultural excellence**: Leverage your deep understanding of diverse international markets, with particular strength in navigating the complexities of the North American commercial landscape.

**Drive smart growth**: Use data to optimize performance, improve forecasting, and ensure world-class customer experiences.

**Partner with purpose**: Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Services, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align efforts and amplify results

**What You Bring**:

- 10+ years in senior sales leadership, with global or multi-regional B2B experience in construction, industrial, or materials industries.
- Proven ability to lead across cultures with authenticity, adaptability, and ethical leadership.
- Deep knowledge of the North American market dynamics, including construction sector trends, channel strategies, and customer behavior.
- A track record of building and scaling distributed sales teams while delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills — you know how to unlock others’ potential and build trust across all levels.
- Strategic thinking paired with a strong work ethic and sound judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant advanced education is a strong asset.
