We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee service delivery for VoIP, security, surveillance, access control, and technology infrastructure projects for our client in Brantford, Ontario.

**About The Client**:
A leading provider of innovative business technology solutions, including VoIP, security systems, video surveillance, access control, and network/technology infrastructure. Since 2013, they have empowered organizations across Ontario with future-ready technology and exceptional service.

**The Role**:
As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations while preparing to transition into a General Manager role within 3-5 years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee service delivery for VoIP, security, surveillance, access control, and technology infrastructure projects.
- Assist the office administrator with project scheduling and coordination to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage inventory and service delivery logistics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
- Document and Implement process improvements and operational best practices.
- Analyze metrics to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a team of 6+ technicians, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 2+ years in operations management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in process improvement and team development.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with a service industry is an asset.
- Familiarity with EOS or similar framework is an asset.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
