**Vertical walls, water features, interlocking pavers, drainage systems, retaining features, natural stone features, concrete spa pads, concrete pool construction.**

To be successful in this role you must have **strong attention to detail,**and **quick project completion time**. Looking for someone experienced in**:excavation, formwork, material installation, concrete pouring and finishing,** while also demonstrating superior team coordination and site management skills.

**Minimum Requirements for this role**:

- Must possess a valid **FULL G-class** driver’s license
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscape construction or pool construction
- Fluency in English, oral and written communication
- Personal mobile device with data plan for communication, time and project tracking
- Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months for snow shovelling
- **Previous hands-on experience and managing teams in developing vertical walls, water features, interlocking pavers, drainage systems, retaining features, natural stone features, concrete spa pads, and concrete pool construction.**

**Job Duties**:

- Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and grade stakes
- Manage all aspects of the job site, including excavation, layout, forming, grading, subbase compaction, and material installation.
- Lead a crew of 2-4 team members on a variety of landscape construction projects (e.g., pools, retaining walls, hardscape elements, including interlocking pavers, and natural stone features, drainage systems, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.95-$34.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
