Landscape Crew Members Needed

Positions: Crew Leader/Crew Member

Full Time: Monday to Friday

Pays weekly: $20-$23 based on experience.

Location: Victoria and Lancaster.

Job Sites: Kitchener, Waterloo And Cambridge.

**Duties**:

- Mow grass using zero turn tractors, walk behind mowers, Self Proppelled push mowers.
- Use line trimmers, hedge trimmers, stick edgers, walk behind edgers.
- use walk behind fertilizer spreader.

Qualifications:

- Related post-secondary education in horticulture, turf or landscape construction is an asset;
- Minimum of 1 year’s previous experience in landscaping, construction, horticulture, farming and equipment and machinery including: trucks, tractors, loaders and various landscape/construction equipment preferred.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both oral and written;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Proficient time management skills and flexibility in adjusting between a variety of duties;
- Must be a reliable team player, able to work with and without direct supervision;
- Able to work outside in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wet) and perform physical work;
- Able to wear and use required personal safety equipment and clothing and supply own work boots.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
