**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the President and C.E.O. of NSHN, the Physician Recruitment Coordinator is accountable for the administration and coordination of all physician recruitment and retention initiatives for primary care and hospital providers. Additionally, the PRC will support the North Shore Recruitment Committee and work collaboratively with the Executive Assistant and Medical Affairs Coordinator to credential locum physicians.

**MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION**:

- Post Secondary education in Administration, Communications, Marketing or related fields
- Valid class “G” license with clear driver’s abstract
- Access to a reliable vehicle

**ASSETS**:

- Bilingual
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in administration field or related work
- Recent related experience in a healthcare setting

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with physicians, elected officials, government agents
- Ability to maintain confidentially at all times
- Ability to commit to flexible work schedule including weekend and evenings as required
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate events, activities and community assessment visits related to recruitment initiatives
- High Standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information

Pay: $55,795.00-$61,306.00 per year
