Position Summary
Swan River Valley Health Centre is a 52 bed acute care facility, Swan Valley Lodge is a 70 bed long term care facility, Swan River Valley Personal Care Home is a 45 bed long term care facility, and Benito Health Centre is a 20 bed long term care facility. Services offered include Public Health, Mental Health, Addictions Medicine, Home Care, Emergency, Diagnostics, Chemotherapy, Dialysis, Telehealth, Rehabilitation, Respiratory Therapy, and itinerant Surgical.

Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a Family Physician to join the Swan Valley Primary Care Centre. Duties to include: performing all duties associated with a family practice, including diagnosing and treating diseases, physiological disorders and injuries of patients, act as the primary care provider and provide continuous care toward the management of patients' health. The physician will also share in the Emergency Department on call schedule and will cooperate and coordinate coverage with other physician colleagues.

  • Must be a member of CMPA or provide proof of equivalent malpractice insurance
