**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas.
- Handle food safely, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in scheduling, ordering, and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Provide support to service staff by addressing any inquiries or guest dietary needs promptly.
- Lead by example while fostering a team service attitude.
**Experience**
- Previous leadership experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
- Knowledgeable in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Strong commitment to food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Experience working in a fast paced high volume kitchen.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
