Baton Restaurant, a vibrant and renowned dining destination in Kanata, is seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor / Line Cook to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is eager to contribute to our tradition of culinary excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor new staff members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:
