We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service to guests
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation
  • Support the overall efficiency of kitchen operations during busy service hours

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles
  • Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is highly desirable
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene
