**Job Description**:
À ce poste, vous épaulez la Vice-présidente exécutive et leader, affaires financières. Vous aurez à assurer un soutien technique dans l’exécution des tâches administratives en mettant à profit votre sens de la collaboration, de la débrouillardise et votre sens de l’initiative.

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes- Apporter un support direct à votre supérieur immédiat (gestion de l'agenda, courriels, réservations, etc)- Assurer un soutien technique et administratif à la préparation et l’exécution des réunions de la vice-présidence et du comité de gestion- Coordonner la réception des invitations des différents comités auxquels la Vice-présidente exécutive participe à l’externe pour s’assurer de sa disponibilité (CA, Fondation, Cabinet, conférences, panels, etc.)- Apporter un soutien aux adjointes des vice-présidents du secteur en les informant des différentes informations importantes dans le cadre de leur travail et effectuer le suivi pour respecter l’échéancier.

Vos talents et qualifications- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en technique bureautique.- Cumuler un minimum de six (6) à dix (10) années d’expérience dans le domaine du secrétariat, dont trois (3) à titre de secrétaire de direction.- Maîtriser la suite Office, Word (version avancée), Excel et PowerPoint.- Maîtriser la langue française tant parlée qu’écrite.- Très bien connaître la langue anglaise tant parlée qu’écrite.- Démontrer de la facilité dans la rédaction de textes.
