**Responsibilities**
- Manage various administrative support requests from the sector's personnel
- Draft, edit and revise various types of documents, correspondence and presentations
- Propose and produce various dashboards and reports to boost the sector’s efficiency
- Manage communications, agendas and the group activities schedule
- Plan and organize meetings within and outside the sector
- Plan and book business trips
- Manage expense reports, financial provisions and invoice payments
- Manage the procurement of supplies and work materials for the sector
- Verify the consultants’ service delivery times
- Work closely with other assistants and managers in the sector

**Required profile**
- Professional degree in secretarial studies or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Interest in working in an information technology department
- Resourceful
- Approach focused on finding solutions and the satisfaction of those served
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite software (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- G**ood command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with external French
- and English-speaking colleagues and partners**
