Field Sales Specialist

We are seeking Field Sales Specialists to join our Sales Team. Through excellent sales, customer service, and presentation skills, we maximize the potential revenues by acquiring new customers, as well as upgrading and growing existing customer accounts.

**As a Field Sales Specialist your duties include**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets for FTTH, FTTB, DSL, and Cable by targeting residential customers
- Leverage directed sales material/channels and identify new sources of opportunities for sales by going door to door or booth events
- Represent CIK/SuperFibre in the promotion and sales of selected service products in the field and at special events
- Use effective relationship building skills and probing techniques to successfully close sales
- Assist in the development of strategies that minimize the competitive threat, retain existing customers and increase our revenues from these customers
- Complete all training and certification programs as required
- Obtain and provide local market intelligence and feedback to the Sales Team
- Act as an ambassador of CIK/SuperFibre to our customers and provide them with a superior customer experience

**Qualifications**:

- Core Competencies: Customer Focus; Teamwork; Communication; Accountability; Innovation; Proven sales experience with emphasis on customer service
- Proven success in a relevant D2D/Direct sales position is essential
- Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Competitive product and technological knowledge of the telecommunication industry is a definite asset
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle available
- Fluency in English plus any of the following languages will be considered an asset: Cantonese/ Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
