You will identify trends in the business and industry to optimize strategies/tactics, while working closely with several different key stakeholders to plan and drive execution of commercial and co-op advertising needs. **What You’ll Do**:
- _ Provide/understand a Programmatic strategy to achieve our multiple metric _goals_
- _ Provide optimization recommendations from targeting to creative _suggestions_
- _ Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams as to how display should be part of the outreach _activities_
- _ Work with the eCommerce team to implement best practices for _display_
- _ Provide input to quarterly content planning based on display trends and assist Communications team with audience _targeting_
- _ Create reporting framework for Programmatic display/video_
- _ Execution experience on _F_acebook, Instagram, _T_iktok_ and _P_interest_
- _ Awareness of opportunities and optimization strategies on the respective social platforms _
- _Understand market conditions and trends, inventory opportunities, weekly booking goals to optimize paid social accounts for booking targets and market _demand_
- _ Regularly optimize, test, and pivot bid strategies with a keen focus on profitability and cost per booking_
- _ Develop separate strategies for prospecting, consideration, remarketing and repeat customers, prioritizing use of our _first-party_ data_
- _ Conduct routine reporting and analysis of paid social _results_
- _ Liaison with the social media team with our media agency and vendors_
- _ Take part in the campaign process from brief to execution._
- _ Work with B2B marketing to explore and configure new display and social opportunities to offer co-op partners that are scalable and can be _operationalized_
- _ Achieve a sustainable balance of delivering value to co-op partners while upholding _Sunwing’s_ strategic _objectives_
- _ Collaborate with internal teams to create assets for _co-op_ _
- _Ensure co-op advertising is executed seamlessly and expected impression and/or engagement goals are _realized_
- _ Provide proof of performance report complete with program results and screenshots of campaigns that ran_

**What You’ll Need**:
- _ Minimum one (1) year of work-related experience within programmatic or media buying agency (trade desk, digital agency, internal buying team)_
- _ Understanding of DSPs like Display Video 360 and other related platforms_
- _ Experience with buying on Facebook, Pinterest, _Tiktok_ buying _platforms_
- _ Good analytical background with the ability to translate data points into business and/or audience _insight_
- _ Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines._
- _ Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360, CM, GA360) is an _asset_
- _ Excel reporting and presentation skills_
- _ Clear communication skills and attention to detai_l_
- _ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a _team_
- _ Experience in Travel marketing an asse_t_
