**Position: On-Site Property Manager**
**Hours: 40 hours per week**
**Starting Date**:Immediately
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to Senior Staff, the On-Site Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the following duties are executed in accordance with good management practices and the policies and procedures established by the firm:
2. Conduct credit and landlord checks as per board policy
3. Complete income verification and rent calculations
4. Prepare lease
5. Maintain financial records on Simply Accounting Program
6. Control of rents arrears
7. Strive to achieve cost savings for the property
8. Prepare cheques for execution by signing officers
9. Make deposits and pay invoices in a timely manner
10. Maintain filing systems
11. Attend board meeting, prepare written reports, agenda and minutes for Board meetings and ensure all required information is distributed to Board Members prior to meeting
12. Compile the information for the annual audit and work with the auditor to complete the audit and all associated forms
13. Other duties as assigned and as appropriate to the position.
**Qualifications**:
1. Good computer skills.
2. Must be proficient on Word.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good conflict resolution skills.
5. Able to work alone.
6. Must have police check before hiring.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
