Key Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with clients at all levels, including C-suite, ensuring clear, persuasive, and impactful communication.
- Liaise confidently with external reviewers, including CRA, maintaining professionalism and adherence to standards.
- Draft various types of correspondence with precision and clarity, tailoring communication to suit diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, utilizing it for data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to our digital presence by writing and editing engaging blog content, reflecting our involvement in the innovation economy and industry insights.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment through effective multitasking, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Exhibit a natural curiosity and a broad interest in various knowledge areas, contributing to a rich, innovative workplace culture.
- Show a genuine interest in the innovation economy, willing to engage in continuous learning and contribute to our company's innovative initiatives.
- Operate as a self-starter with a high level of initiative, taking ownership of responsibilities and demonstrating proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a few years of professional experience in a role that allowed for the development of strong client-facing and communication skills, particularly with high-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to draft clear, concise, and professional correspondence, as well as engaging content such as blog posts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a proven track record of utilizing this tool for effective data management, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience in environments that demanded multitasking, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of initiative.
- A curious and dynamic individual with a broad range of interests, ideally gained from working in innovative, fast-paced settings.
- Previous exposure to roles that required a blend of autonomy and teamwork, fostering a self-starting attitude and the ability to contribute proactively to team objectives.
- A curious mindset with a wide range of interests, eager to bring new ideas and perspectives to the team.

**Salary**: $44,500.00-$54,000.00 per year
