**Sales Administrator**

Universal Truck and Trailer is Atlantic Canada's largest heavy duty truck and trailer dealership featuring the most up-to-date dealer service bays in Southern New Brunswick. We are an authorized sales, service, parts and warranty dealership for premium products Freightliner and Western Star Trucks. In addition, we service most makes and models for class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles, including luxury class RV's. We focus on exceeding customer requirements through continuously developing our team and building technical capabilities.

**Key focuses** of the role include expending our database of transportation companies, supporting the built of relationships with buyers and sellers through phone interaction, assisting the booking of sales related meetings and appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and expand company database of customers and sales prospects
- Make introductory phone calls and schedule customer meetings to source new business
- Creating reports and provide analytics to make business decisions
- Support marketing efforts by promoting equipment on Kijiji, Autotrader and similar websites.

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Education in a related field
- B2B sales experience will be considered an asset
- Must be comfortable soliciting new and existing clients on the phone
- Energetic and eager to learn
- Experience in the transportation industry would be considered an asset
- Bilingual preferred
