Position Overview

Avide Floors Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative / Sales Assistant to support daily operations at our Dieppe office. This role plays a key part in sales support, order processing, inventory management, customer communication, and marketing assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound phone calls to customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Enter, revise, and manage sales orders accurately within company systems
  • Track orders from placement through delivery and follow up on delays or issues
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding order status and fulfillment
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including promotions, product information, and basic coordination
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal databases
  • Ensure professionalism and consistency in all customer and supplier communications
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or B2B office environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • French is a strong asset (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable making frequent phone calls and interacting with customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers, order entry systems, and standard office software
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Work Environment

  • Full-time, in-office position based at 1085 Aviation Avenue, Unit 6, Dieppe, NB
  • Business-to-business sales and operations environment
  • Regular interaction with sales, warehouse, logistics, and management teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
