Secretary - Admin Assistant

**Salary**: Commemorate with proven experience and ability to deliver on time and accurately.

$22 - $35 / hour.

Your job is to take things off my plate so I can focus on the bigger picture.

Looking for an employee to works where together with other employees on a team and who is capable, efficient, and versatile, often taking on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

The position needed is someone who can handle a wide range of duties and is reliable in providing support the employer or team.

In a professional setting, might perform tasks such as administrative work, secretarial duties, organizing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects.

Duties and responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Managing schedules,

calendars, and appointments.

Handling phone calls,

Making travel arrangements and accommodations.

Organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes.

Communication:
Acting as a liaison between the executive and other staff members or external contacts.

Handling incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the employer.

Organization:
Maintaining organized filing systems (both physical and digital).

Managing office supplies and equipment.

Coordinating office logistics and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Task Management:
Prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

Managing projects and ensuring they stay on track.

Research:
Conducting research on various topics as requested by the employer.

Compiling information and preparing reports.

Problem-Solving:
Addressing issues and problem-solving on behalf of the employer.

Handling routine matters to free up the employer’s time for more critical tasks.

Confidentiality:
(very important)

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Handling confidential documents and information with discretion.

It’s important to note that the responsibilities may vary based on the industry, company size, and the specific needs of the employer. Regardless of the title, the role of an assistant is to provide valuable support to executives or managers, enabling them to focus on more strategic aspects of their work.

Team player:
Must work fluidly with other members of staff to ensure tasks get completed sometimes alone but sometimes in a group.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
