**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Identify potential customers and conduct market research to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate our technology products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies that align with business development goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to drive sales strategies effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $35,500.00-$180,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
