**Currently Seeking**:(1) **caring, reliable, Residential Support Worker (RSW), to provide In-home care to 2 female residents.
- _**Must be available to work every other weekend & holidays**_
- Must be able to collaborate and work harmoniously with caregivers, staff and other agencies, under the direction of Management.
**-Must have a valid 'G' License and reliable vehicle**
**-Must obtain '6a/A2C Passenger' Policy before start date**
**-Personal Care assistance with client required**
- **Must be physically fit to complete daily tasks and activities**
- Must be comfortable working in a 2:1 setting
- Participate and collaborate with other health care providers in the provision of client care.
- Must be able to accurately & confidently administer medications
- Carry out all work assignments safely and be knowledgeable of and in compliance with LSS guidelines, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Remain in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Human Rights Services and its regulations.
- Complete all daily paperwork such as; client communication notes, incident reports (when required), Injury Reports (when required) and any other necessary communication notes.
- Must complete yearly OSHA requirements and WHIMIS Certifications.
- Assist with personal care activities
- Abide by LSS’s Support Plan and structures in place by caregivers
- Ensuring the safety of clients and fostering a safe and supportive environment
- Experience in the field of ASD is considered an asset
**F/T hours are as follows**:
**Week 1**: Sun
- 5-9& sleep Tues 2pm-9pm Thurs 4pm-9pm Sat 9am-5pm
**Week 2**: Mon 4pm-9pm Tues 2pm-9pm Wed 4pm-9pm Thurs 4pm-9pm Fri 5-9 & sleep

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**

1. Must comply with: Leslie’s Support Solutions and Human Resource Policies and Procedures

2. Must Obtain satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check

3. Must provide a valid certification in related field; (PSW, CSW, DSW, SSW) & have a minimum of 1 year experience.

4. Must have a valid First and and CPR certification

5. Must be able to work the hours provided by the caregiver

6. Must provide a valid 'G' Licence & proof of Obtained '6A/A2C' Insurance Policy w/ 2 mil liability

7. Must be comfortable administering medications

8. Must be Caring, compassionate and physically fit

9. Must remain in good standing with the company and caregivers.
