**Job description**

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Sales Manager. This position will report directly to the CEO and the Vice-President Marketing, and will be responsible for:

- developing and deploying all necessary digital marketing and sales tools to promote our state-of-the-art glass etching and engraving solutions,
- creating effective marketing campaigns,
- improving our existing Customer Relationship Management processes and system, ensuring that we are able to provide top-notch service to our clients,
- representing Graphjet Technologies Inc. in selling our products or services, acquiring new customers and increasing new accounts,
- managing after-sales customer support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,
- producing weekly and periodic reports based on key performance indicators is a key part of this role, as is informing company strategy and advising fellow employees,
- Attending local, regional, and national fairs and other commercial events to promote our brand and generate leads.

**Mandatory Experience**:
The Marketing and Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and helping to establish our brand as a trusted leader in the field of sustainable glass etching and engraving. **Job conditions**:
This is a full-time position with an undetermined duration that will be reviewed based on the employee's performance. The Digital Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for providing their own car but will be reimbursed for business use. The role requires some travel within the Province of British Columbia and Canada.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated sales experience and abilities, preferably in high tech, decoration, glass, or design industries. This experience will be an asset in this role.
- Strong customer service skills to listen actively to customers, answer questions professionally, and address concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Empathy to anticipate customers' needs and provide a positive customer experience.
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently present products or services to customers.
- Excellent communication skills and networking abilities to make cold calls, connect with people, and negotiate sales terms with confidence.
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in sustainability and glass engraving technologies, with a desire to learn and stay up to date with industry trends and advancements.
- A competitive attitude and drive for continual improvement and leadership.
