Altos is looking for a bookkeeper to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Full cycle bookkeeping including but not limited accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and government remittances
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, adjust journal entries to prepare trial balance, maintain general ledgers
- Enter and process invoices/payments with cheque/EFT/Credit card
- Record daily sales
- Respond to requests and inquiries from other departments and external vendors
- Other responsibilities as required
- Qualifications:
- Min 5 year of bookkeeping experience, exposure to Project /Property/Hotel/Retail bookkeeping experience would be an asset
- Experience with Xero software
- Strong prioritization, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
