**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and company records.
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Utilize accounting software such as Excel for financial management and reporting.
- Prepare budgets and assist in forecasting financial performance.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation processes.
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting practices and financial forecasting is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies in financial data.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
