**Job Description**:
**Position Overview**:
The Bilingual Wholesale Account Specialist provides service and support to Canada Goose's Sales team and external wholesale customers. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Wholesale Accounts, the Bilingual Wholesale Account Specialist is responsible for building strong cross functional relationships and maintaining overall day to day functions of order and re-order management, including account service management.

**What you will do in this role**:

- Management of the EDI processes. Ensure e-Catalogues are up to date with current style information. Manage bulk/confirmed orders and follow the validation process for incoming PO’s. Ensure prompt confirmation of incoming EDI’s. Proactively request extensions for expiring purchase orders.
- Facilitate logístical coordination in relation to order management. Request tracking information from Logistics team as necessary. Ensure price tickets are ordered/supplied according to customer requirements, as applicable.
- Regularly review vendor manuals through vendor portals. Update portal information as necessary.
- Issue return authorizations requested by Account Executives, ensuring correct approvals are granted. For accuracy validate that invoice/s have been issued for returning product.
- Weekly analysis of the order book to ensure product flow.
- Participate in weekly order book meetings. Present the most up to date, accurate information relating to order management. Provide recommendations for areas of opportunity.
- Support Accounts Receivable team in investigation of charge backs and deductions.
- Support Sales and Planning teams in order management and execution.
- Support Sales Operations by ensuring procedures and practices are followed and are in alignment with departmental initiatives.
- Adhere to internal controls as outlined by internal audit team and provide supporting documentation when requested by auditors.
- Provide back up support to the team as necessary.

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Management, Customer Service or Distribution role
- Strong English and French verbal and written communication skills
- Business Degree or College Diploma in a related field of study
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service oriented with the ability to create and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, organization and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
