**Performance Marketing Specialist**

Silk & Snow is a Toronto based, digitally native retailer of responsibly made sleep essentials. You will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up as a leader and work on a team with full in-house marketing, product design, and supply chain capabilities. We are seeking an individual that is extremely analytical and creative to seek out new customer acquisition opportunities and guide our company through a continued period of high-growth.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for setting up and managing all Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Continually monitor and optimize Google, Bing, FB/IG, and TikTok campaigns
- Coordinate setup of engaging ad units by working with content teams to develop ad creative (banners, copy, videos )
- Report on performance of website traffic and paid campaigns to management and content teams
- Maintain Google Merchant Centre product feed and Meta Catalog
- Partner with PR to develop Affiliate marketing strategy
- Identify and lead alternative growth initiatives (digital and non-digital) and continuously think of new ways to attract customers, collaborating with other teams and new partners as needed
- Keep track of latest industry trends, best practices and competitors and translate into executable ideas

**About You**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a performance marketing role for a retail or e-commerce brand, with hands on experience in executing paid social (IG/FB and TikTok), search (Google & Bing), shopping, display, video campaigns
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with hands on experience working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and some type of attribution reporting software
- Excellent research skills and driven to remain current on trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support campaigns, and react to performance as needed
- Great attention to detail with willingness to adapt to rapid change, and ability to prioritize

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Facebook Ads Manager: 1 year (required)
- Google Ads: 1 year (required)
