In this Marketing & Sales role, the **Retail Sales Associate** will use their passion for excellent customer experiences to capture an audience and create brand excitement. Retail Sales Associates actively engage with the public during promotional events and retail campaigns we curate and host throughout the GTA.

**Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate**:

- Engage with customers, educate them on products and services available, and close sales.
- Effectively market client products and brand, creating increased brand awareness by running one-on-one sales presentations.
- Work closely with Business Management to coordinate schedules and locations for the promotional retail campaigns and events.

**Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate**:

- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales role, sales positions, marketing positions, or brand development positions.
- Strong student mentality and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be comfortable working independently with minimum direction, and in a team.
- **Must have flexible FULL-TIME availability.**:

- **Must have reliable transport to commute to our North York office DAILY **(north eats of North York)**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $630.00 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
