You have a passion for moving the business forward and be able to build and influence both internal and external relationships. You thrive in a bigger team environment and also as an Independent contributor.-
- Develop Annual Joint Business plans for key retailers incorporating brand plans, category management and shopper Insights.- Manage the customer interface with key customer stakeholders- Lead the execution of the 6P’s while maximizing ROI of promotions and trade investment to deliver targets within allocated budgets- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Strategy, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain) on annual plans and opportunities.- Maintaining excellent trade relations and customer support for our brands through effective execution of brand strategy in combination with complete understanding of the customer’s unique needs and the marketplace conditions
What You’ll Need To Succeed- Previous account management or trade/consumer marketing experience within Grocery channel such as Sobeys, IGA, Multi-Surface or Metro (minimum 3+ years) is preferred- Bilingual with fluency in English and French- Proven track record of driving solid business results, strategic annual planning and trade management.- Strong analytical, leadership and negotiation skills, combined with creative thinking to challenge the status quo and develop new ideas.- Passion and dedication to succeed in a fast-paced work environment- Deep commitment to building talent and teams in an environment of diversity, inclusion and psychological safety- Note: This position requires you to travel to and from the account, a valid drivers’ license in good standing is required
