L’opportunité

L’équipe du mieux-être, du handicap et de la vie de Manuvie est à la recherche d’un gestionnaire de cas d’accueil à notre bureau de Montréal.

Le rôle exige la capacité d’analyser et d’évaluer les contrats d’invalidité de groupe, les ententes et les renseignements médicaux. Elle exige également la nécessité de faire preuve d’un jugement critique pour décider d’émettre des prestations d’invalidité ou de fournir des périodes de soutien, ainsi que la capacité de créer des objectifs et de donner suite aux plans de rétablissement et de retour au travail.

Vos responsabilités comprendront (sans toutefois s’y limiter):
Soutenir les gestionnaires de cas d’invalidité dans une variété de tâches.

Gérer la distribution du courrier selon les besoins.

Fournir un service à la clientèle de première ligne par téléphone.

Responsabilisation à l’égard des tâches administratives et du suivi auprès des demandeurs pour les documents relatifs à l’invalidité.

Nous recherchons des personnes ayant la capacité de grandir et de changer avec notre entreprise dynamique et qui aiment travailler dans un environnement d’équipe.

Qualifications requises
:
Études postsecondaires (serait un atout)

Le bilinguisme est essentiel. Le français est obligatoire.

Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience antérieure dans un rôle

administratif / de bureau

(serait un atout)

Maîtrise de MS Word, Excel.

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.

Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite)

Solides compétences en administration de bureau.

Solide expérience de service à la clientèle dans un environnement exigeant

Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décisions.

Compétences analytiques avec une attention particulière aux détails.

Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d’équipe.

Respect des délais

**Autres attributs utiles**: Connaissance ou expérience des réclamations d’assurance. Connaissance de la terminologie anatomique et médicale.

The opportunity

Manulife’s Wellness, Disability and Life Team is looking for a Intake Case Manager in our Montreal office.

**Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:
Supporting Disability Case Managers on a variety of tasks.

Managing mail distribution as required.

Providing front line customer service by telephone.

Accountability for administrative duties and follow ups with claimants for disability paperwork.

We are seeking individuals with the ability to grow and change with our dynamic business and who enjoy working in a team environment.

**Qualifications**:
:
Post-secondary education (would be an asset)

Bilingualism is essential. French is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years previous experience in an

administrative/clerical

role (would be an asset)

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Solid office administration skills.

Strong customer service experience in a demanding environment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Analytical skills with a close attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Deadline driven

**Additional helpful attributes**: Insurance claims knowledge or experience. Knowledge of Anatomical and Medical terminology.
