**Your Role: Account Manager**:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring service excellence while identifying new opportunities for growth. Your goal: to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop account strategies and action plans aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality service solutions
- Lead business reviews and maintain consistent, clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the business development team
- Manage contract budgets, schedules, and ensure profitability
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager (landscaping industry experience is a strong asset)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscaping or related field
- Bilingual - English and French (asset)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Aspire, LMN, or Adobe InDesign is a plus
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
