Fedcap Canada is excited to play an integral part in the transformation of Ontario’s Employment Services system in its role as the Service System Manager for the Hamilton-Niagara, and Halton catchment area Fedcap Canada employees will work in partnership with service partners focused on providing tailored support for unemployed people, including those with disabilities, on their journey towards employment and into sustainable work. Our goals are to enhance local capacity while amplifying the good work and best practices already underway.
**Position Summary**:
Represent the agency at stakeholder forums including government, employer, and service provider forums ensuring alignment to Ontario Government policies and procedures and approach to employment transformation services.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Review past week questions and issues and update FAQ.
- Review security hierarchy.
- Design, develop and implement solutions on the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents
- Leverage technical expertise to design and implement solutions satisfying requirements and meeting agreed completion dates
- Adeptly leverage new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
- Liaise effectively between different departments and stakeholders to ensure high quality process automation and timely resolution of customer issues
- Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions
- Maintenance of the platform such as cleaning up orphaned apps/flows and supervising service health.
- Communicate proposed solutions and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members.
- Responsible for gathering requirements, documenting processes, estimating work content, and achieving planned timelines
- Work with core SharePoint features i.e., site collection and site settings and configuration; document libraries and lists; classic and modern sites and pages; classic and SPFx webparts; workflows; content type; metadata; taxonomy; search; user administration.

**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise SharePoint platforms
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years hands on experience with Azure, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Shell, SharePoint Online Management Shell, PnP, MS Visio.
- Knowledge of SharePoint migrations.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
