**Join Our Team as a Tracker / IT Help Desk Coordinator**

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT support and logistics tracking? We’re looking for someone to join our dynamic team. This role is a hybrid position that blends technical support, system administration, and order tracking/tracing to ensure smooth operations across our organization.

What You’ll Do:
**Tracking & Tracing**

As an entry level role in the organization, we are looking for someone who has the ability to multi-task and has strong attention to detail.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking and tracing orders through carriers and shippers/receivers to follow freight from pick up to delivery. If problems occur, advising Operations immediately, follow up on issues and continue to monitor the progress for other changes or issues.

**IT Help Desk Administration**
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for employees and business systems.
- Set up, update, and maintain IT equipment for all staff.
- Work within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and more).
- Implement and manage SharePoint & OneDrive groups for the management team.
- Handle hardware resources (workstations, phones, headsets, printers, driver tablets).
- Resolve multi-functional printer issues and workstation setups from OS installation to network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot networking, hardware, and software issues.
- Train employees on new and existing software to improve workflow efficiency. Assist in IT infrastructure management, ensuring smooth hardware/software interactions.
- Serve as a backup to the IT Manager for key responsibilities.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
