**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist with financial administration, such as processing invoices, budget tracking, and preparing financial reports.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- The Employee will be responsible for other duties as may be assigned and may arise from time to time.
**Skills**
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- 1+ years of QuickBooks experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an emphasis on prioritizing and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with financial administration and project management tools is an asset.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks and challenges.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
