**Company Description**
Located on the second floor of Parker Place mall in Richmond is a firm of Chartered Professional Accountants with over 30 years of experience. We have around 10 staff and is steadily growing. We are committed to providing our clients with quality results that meet their expectations.
Our accounting team provides a full range of business services and solutions tailored to the requirements of small businesses and professionals, including preparation of personal and trust returns. We focus on tax planning to minimize tax and personal financial planning to grow wealth over time.
**Administrative Assistant**
We are looking for a permanent full-time results-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be assisting our administrative team in ensuring that our operation runs smoothly.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining our record keeping systems.
- Various administrative duties
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies
- Bank deposits
- Communicating with our clients
- Helping with payments.
- Ensuring that files are not missed and that files are being turned-over.
- Assisting our bookkeeping team on the side.
We prefer someone who can speak/write Cantonese/Mandarin

We are a company that is pretty generous to our staff and offer:

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
