**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Support Representative to join our growing team at M&B, a leading shoe care company. This role combines inside sales and marketing, giving you the opportunity to contribute to both sales’ growth and brand visibility. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the marketing efforts to promote our shoe care products and services.

**Inside Sales Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and referrals in the shoe care and footwear industries.
- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information on the features, benefits, and use of our products (e.g., cleaners, polishes, conditioners, and accessories).
- Sales Presentations: Present product solutions and conduct demonstrations, answering questions and addressing customer needs to convert leads into sales.
- Sales Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to build relationships, answer inquiries, and close sales opportunities.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up tasks in the company’s CRM system.
- Order Processing: Assist with processing orders and coordinating deliveries to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of corporate customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and acting as a primary point of contact for both customers and internal teams.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Engagement: Help manage and update our social media profiles by posting relevant content, responding to customer inquiries, and engaging with the shoe care community.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns designed to promote special offers, new products, or seasonal promotions (e.g., back-to-school, holiday promotions).
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to support the development of new marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Promotional Material Creation: Assist in the creation of promotional materials (brochures, digital ads, flyers) for both online and offline channels.
- Event Promotion: Support the marketing team in promoting and executing events such as webinars, online product launches, or in-person demonstrations related to shoe care.

**Qualifications**:

- University or College degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (experience in retail, consumer goods, or shoe care industries is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A passion for footwear, fashion, or shoe care products is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:
