Inside Sales Representative
to support lead qualification, follow-up, and pipeline development.

The Role

This is a structured
inside sales
role focused on:

  • Managing inbound sales inquiries
  • Executing follow-ups using defined sales sequences
  • Qualifying opportunities before handoff to senior sales leadership

You will work primarily in
Microsoft Dynamics 365
, following a disciplined, CRM-driven sales process. This is not an outside sales or commission-only role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries
  • Qualify leads based on service fit, timing, volume, and requirements
  • Execute outbound calls and emails using structured cadences
  • Book qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager and Managing Director
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, emails, meetings, outcomes)
  • Ensure no lead goes untracked or unfollowed
  • Support internal coordination for pricing and proposals

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or a similar role
  • Comfortable making outbound calls as part of daily work
  • Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a CRM-driven sales environment
  • Professional communication skills (phone and email)

Preferred:

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or B2B services
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary:
    $55,000 – $58,000 per year
  • Performance incentive:
    Paid quarterly based on measurable outcomes
  • On-target earnings (OTE):
    $70,000 – $80,000+
